They didn't even bother talking about what they did in last six month... ! hope they issue that part like every other company... !
Also someone in the company got the sign-on bonus shares but he & she was working for this company over 10 years... normally this type of sign-on bonus is for those executive who leaves their organisation and join new organisation... like someone coming from J&J to lift up Propofol... ! this is a joke ... ESPO cost of half a million when company could have used that and increased cash balance at the end of dec 2020 to 1.8 + .5 = 2.3m and used that to do phase 1 clinical trial for propofol ... obviously they can increase this cash by not paying fees to the sales person who supposed to find partner for Propofol … IMO.. !!
