gannp, I've already requested JP and the board step down and find a replacement for themselves. LOL... I got back the copy paste reply from "Does it again JP".
No doubt being an accountant his books would all be legit.
It's important ASAP to take action, make them accountable for the mismanagement and put in a new compitent management team that will work for the interest of shareholders and the company, and be rewarded accordingly.
