Being an accountant only means he is more adept at finding ways to hide/explain/make appear plausible the Company dealings. I am sure he wouldn't knowingly break the law and equally sure his books would pass casual scrutiny but a forensic accountant looks beyond the meaning of the law and looks at all the paper shuffling between entities. It is amazing what these things reveal.

Anyway that is a moot point as nothing will transpire.

Given the groundswell, given the SP, given the terrible results achieved at their hands, given the lack of foreseeable future for the Company I wonder if any senior management and/or BoardMembers will prefer to not nominate for re-election or will see fit to retire at or prior to the AGM.

Get out while they can and while there is still a little cash left [mainly via the CR] to pay themselves out via Golden handshakes leaving absolutely nothing in the bikky tin to ongo the Company.

Nothing now would surprise me.
