    gannp, point taken about the accounts, I wouldn't suggest the law being broken..

    Nathanblack, the questions you ask are very valid. Also remember we don't have him 100% of the time.. meaning his salary is even further inflated. Given the number of companies he is involved in I would say it is about 20-30%.

    Looking at the 4E figures I think no CEO, director, board member that is proud of the company they steer would be happy with that outcome. (similar to what gannp has described).
