    .5million cash
    AND look at the options issues
    AND options converted in the last quarter.

    Try and reconcile that to the 1/2 million in the bank
    AND what do they owe current Creditors ?

    Why have they issued so many options.... rhetorical ...to pay for thing which they ain't got the cash

    Ask not how many are participating but how much they are willing to fork up?

    I don't have time to reconcile this and see what it means.
