    There's how the "working capital" has been spent for the past 9 months :

    Exploration and Evaluation = $0
    Development = $0
    Production = $0
    Administration = $1.26million

    Not a brass razoo on anything but salaries and expenses and directors fees. Now they want another $1.5 million to do it all again.
