    finaly decision is made about new name for appendx 3B,2010. My understending is after conversation with the Master Blaster that we are going to have just another 3-4 appendix 3B in 2010 and will be renamed "appendix 3B,2011 ".As well name change will not be alowed for 12 months after that.
