appetite for debt

I am interested to know from both bull and bear if their position is a learnt behaviour.

I am thankful that my parents exposed me from an early age to the concept of using banks money for accelerated gains.

Have people seen family members make money on property and followed suit?

Have others seen family go broke and had a lasting impact on later generations?
