Note that Mcafee and Wind River are Intel companies.
I wonder how that bodes for TO which is option 4 (?).
In case of a TO, Xped could still have many partners like Wind River does..

Intel could run Xped as a stand alone like Wind River and McAfee and others (Basis,Saffron Technology, etc)
I'm starting to change my mind about chances of an Intel TO, being more like a 25% chance now.
