apple ipad2 service

wow...
One really dissapointed Apple customer.. who will not buy again under these service levels

In Newcastle on Tuesday (airport.. jugling bag and mobile).. drops Ipad2 and smashes screen.. my fault.. idiot..
Ring Apple Care...
long story short but take to Chadstone store in Melb when get back (kindly books us an appointment) but can't tell how much it will cost.. (after you give them serial number!!!!)..

1.5 hour drive, half hour wait.. $500+ wtf??????

Grumpy by then, says dont love it that much.. see you later..

Why could they not be upfront and say how much it will cost and save the stress (could have got my head around it and been in better mood)... by time get home it is over 4 hours lost..

$1200 toy with $500 screen.. give me a break..

This once consumer friendly company is now on the road to becoming one of the worst out there imho..

Apple. you have lost me..
