Some questions on the process that a company like Apple would undertake to use Akida IP/hardware that you or anyone more knowledgeable than myself might be able to answer:
- Is it common practice to lodge a patent that includes a target technology before signing a concrete agreement (eg IP license)?
- What is the lag time between when a patent is lodged and when it appears in the public domain?
- The "deformable object tracking" payment seems to have been initiated in 2017- would the SNN reference have been added after this or would it needed to have been added at the time of initial lodgement
- do you think its possible Apple/BRN have been linked via NDA since 2017?
