Depends how much interest they charge (or interest by stealth - in the form of monthly/quarterly fees).
IF it is a similar model to AfterPay (and very few are - they all differ slightly) then it could be bad news - but if it is a slightly different offer (and I'm guessing GS are charging interest on their loans to Apple - so Apple are likely to charge some sort of subscription fee) then it may not be as bad as it seems on face-value.
