I doubt they make much money in Australia due to the high costs and the extremely high cost of their shopfronts and large numbers of employees.

Apple overall has a gross margin of about 40% (very high for a tech company) but then the resellers get about 9% of that for their margin e.g. JB etc.

People seem to think they are making billions of dollars in Australia but they are not
