I would also like to see this but from first hand experience can tell you that the public sector will be one of the hardest nuts to crack due to the ingrained and institutional inefficiencies of just about every public sector in the world, unfortunately its just the nature of the beast. Just google public vs private case studies if you'd like to read up on it more. A real life example: i work for the fire brigades and we had one of the business managers inform us that our water bills were too high. Somebody forgot to inform the guy that the truck takes 2000 liters on each refill. Point i'm trying to make is that public sector would not be considered 'low hanging fruit'. If however Telstra can open up some of these opportunities i would welcome them with open arms. Have a good weekend.
