As I said previously, device certification is mandatory to be able to use their network for any commercial agreement so no surprise here. This is true for all MOs around the world.
However, this being listed doesn't mean Telstra distribution deal is any certainty (not expecting major issue though)
It will be interesting to see what will be revealed on ASX query. We all may learn more soon.
