2nd para: I have never said that!!, exaggeration and poor corporate governance, disclosure/non disclosure. Misleading statements (open to a more positive interpretation) bordering exaggeration /exuberance is one thing, fraud is totally on the other end of the spectrum.

If you are going to rebut, have something better to say that addresses the issue, otherwise don't rebut please...
If you are going to take pot shots, I am not going to stand idle, but I prefer not to respond further if you leave it to rest. Let's wait for the outcome shall we?
