    I cannot imagine a CEO of a small company epxanding overseas would have much time for answering shareholder emails.

    I barely have enough time to read mine and I only get a few dozen each day.
    Most of them go unread.

    It'd be a different story if they weren't achieving anything, but they're smashing it right now.
