Apple has and always will be about integration it's what makes their products great and different to all the other brands on the market. They understand that through integration between their products they are able to keep their fanbase loyal and sticky to their products.

These are the 3 areas that Apple sees their future growth being

1. Car Play
2. HomeKit
3. Health

The potential for an application/tool like resapp is unlimited through apple future integration.

Think of the possible scenarios

1. Car Play: Driverless cars of the future could integrate resapp and in the event of a life threatening respitory illness the car could pick up the cough via the inbuilt car microphone and drive you to the nearest hospital.

2. HomeKit: Just Imagine a baby monitor with Resapp integrated, it could pick up a deadly infectious respitory cough and dial 000 automatically.

3. HealthKit: Your out for a morning run and you got your iwatch on, you start to cough as you may have pushed yourself a bit to far not sure if it's serious or not you could cough into iwatch for a quick diagnostic for piece of mine.

As the saying goes 'if you build it they will come' for resapp if they build it and get through fda approval you can bet your bottom dollar that they will come whoever they are.
