Applica Water Products LLC (Applica) and Island Sky Australia Limited (Island Sky or ISK) (ASX: ISK) are pleased to announce that they have signed a conditional Merger Implementation Agreement (MIA) in relation to a scheme of arrangement (Scheme) under which (if implemented) Applica will acquire the majority of the issued ordinary shares in Island Sky, for A$0.45 per share.
