whats the go with this ? take over price at 45 cents, trading at 30 cents, has the deal fallen over or not. all very quiet news wise. if the deal is off the share price will crash back to 20 by the look of things or is there a plan b. i think the company, or at least the product has a lot going for it and was looking for an entry point but in this case am not sure if no news is good news. any one with more info ?
