MR mentioned to me something like 11,000 shareholders
the company has clearly stated the funds targeted, and may take a little extra, but we know pretty well what will be issued, so everyone should read 'scale back' for what it means, and why it was repeated so often in the Offer
there will be lots of big refunds imo
