applications for additional exp licences

sorry guys just a quick post while im waiting to go into my uni exam! just read the announcement, should be good to see how the results of the systematic sampling program. Also, further down the page it mentions the applications made for additional exploration licenses. I am aware the company has made the applications but my question for individuals who have been more closely following BON are

how long ago were the applications put forward to the relevant authorities, is there a good chance we will be awarded the licenses and approximately when will they be awarded? (or not - lets hope yes!)

sorry if there has already been a thread on this topic but it jsut crossed my mind when i read the announcement.
