HI Michaelbellamy, If you go to mesoblast.com look on the left hand side under ENTITLEMENT OFFER then put in your personal details it will calculate your entitlement using your HIN number. You can then print out your form and pay using methods described. I have not received any paper work as I elected to receive all communication via e-mail. You are of course welcome to oversubscribe your shares by 100% eg if you are allowed to buy 1,000 you can elect to pay up to another 1,000 and see if you get them or not.
