It is a tough call... US down over 3% as oil spikes $16 in the last 2 trading sessions..
It sure could be a black Tuesday for all, unless.... 1. oil retreats of its high (it could fall just as fast as it has risen) and or the US market has a modest recovery and stays green on Monday night...
