As for youe question of the issue of the convertible notes, why don't you ask them, cause I cant answer for them.

They have an abundance of O&G experinece for this little company and I am amazed that people of this calibre want to join a company with so many outstanding issues.

lani, i don't disagree with you, and I would expect that by having two such persons added to the board that it would be expected of them to start getting this company going in the right direction, there is much at stack, and to me, its my money
