As detailed in the Chairman’s report of the 2009 Annual Report, the
Board of Oropa is pleased to announce that Mr Paul Willis of Mining
Advisory Consultants Pte Limited (“MAC”) has been appointed to the
Board.
Mr Willis has over 18 years experience in the Mining and Investment
industry and is a principle partner of MAC. Prior to his involvement with
MAC he was a founding partner of JF Capital Partners Limited and the
former Head of Research for ICAP Equity Asia Limited. He is also a
former Director and Chairman of ASX listed Moly Mines Limited.
Please find to follow an Appendix 3X for the appointment of Paul Willis
as a non executive director to the Board of Oropa Limited.
