Appointment of Dr Jane Wilson

Effective 1st April 2019, Dr Jane Wilson will join the Costa Board as an independent non-executivedirector.

Dr Wilson, who resides in Brisbane, holds a medical degree from The University of Queensland and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. She is Co-Chair of the Federal Government’s Australian Advisory Board on Technology and Healthcare Competitiveness, and a director of the General Sir John Monash Foundation. In the early 2000’s Dr Wilson was the Inaugural Chairman of Horticulture Australia.
Dr Wilson serves as a Guardian of the Future Fund Board, Australia’s Sovereign Wealth Fund, in addition to serving as a non-executive director of Transurban Ltd and Sonic Healthcare Ltd.
