This is only for existing shares on the AIM correct? The announcement doesn't say anything about issuing more shares, or a cap raising, etc.

Provided the above is correct, I think it's a good thing - they know South Africa better than most, and they have a strong presence in both the UK and Australia. Could very well be a conduit for greater institutional presence.

That said, they're not perfect. I've seen their property finance guys get involved in some absolutely crummy deals!
