The problem with the incentives is that the 2 measures are not comparable.
150,000 BBls of oil per year at US75/bbl only equates to US$11.25 million of revenue which won't achieve anything like a $100 million market cap. After all, this only equates to 400bbls per day of production. Why pay directors a healthy incentive to deliver less that what we as shareholders already expect (hope!!) that the 2 existing wells will deliver?
