Securing David Thorpe is a very good move and not unexpected. You need to ask yourfelf why David Thorpe (ex BHP, Woodside and Shell Todd Oil Services) would even get out of bed for this unless this was going to be big and worth his time and reputation.
The incentive targets are a challenge so not a give-away as some would have us think and I think that we will all be very happy to see them achieve or exceed the targets, as it will mean the shareprice has gone North.
