Number 1 question is - how are they going to get the money to fund the plant? Debt - don't think so. Capital raising - probably only option which means prepare for some big dilution IF they can raise the funds.
The other problem is complete demand destruction of most fertilizers (google 'Palm oil'). With DAP prices hurtling towards earth, RP prices can't be far behind it.
Only a complete idiot would not see the symbiotic link between DAP prices and Rock Phosphate prices. If you are in MAK, better pray that DAP prices find a bottom soon.
