I may have missed something - but what is the reference to him working with base metals in BP. The CV put out by Hardman indicate he has worked in oil and gas with BP for 20 years.

Maybe he trained as a hard rock geologist, but I know a few hard rock types who have moved very sucessfully to the Oil and Gas sector. This guy seemed to have done it at the start a sucessful career.

Please correct me where I am wrong. I want to proceed on facts - and maybe I don't have them all.
