my view of the appointment of the director is that he is not a future liquidator. CER was also appointed a new non executive director. A bloke who is not qualified to do so, that was a past co-ceo of a south african REIT. It is my understanding that the appointments are just a step forward in the "renewal and speration processs that (was) discussed in the CER annual report".
