From my experience. It could happen; in fact, it has bappened, a number of times. Self interest, isn't that what makes the wheels go 'round? Why should he give a damn? It's all about risk isn't it?
When are shareholders going to be rewarded for their patience in the face of a CSI that has not delivered while shares have been issued at significant discount to ... pals?
I'm patient. But not stupid. I hope.
