In order to try and stop the 10cents per BNBG deal that the directors are trying to push on us, we need to vote against it. Unfortunately, for those of us who cannot attend the meeting in Sydney, we must appoint a proxy to vote on our behalf. Note IF YOU CHOOSE OPTION "A" ON THE APPOINTMENT OF PROXY FORM, THE BNB CHAIR WILL VOTE IN FAVOUR OF THE 10 CENTS. If you are against being paid a measley 10 cents per note, then you need to appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf. Once the New Zealand meeting has been conducted, there will be someone available to act as a proxy on your behald through the Action BBSN group. If you hold BNBG and have not joined the Action BBSN group, then I suggest you send an email to [email protected] ASAP! It is very important that all noteholders rally together. It is the only hope of seeing any value returned to noteholders.
