    ??? How is that any different for the shareholder in terms of outcome? In the last DOCA, shareholders lost 98.7% of their shares, and those shares relisted at 10% of the value they were trading at before, essentially a 99.9% loss in market value. So a 20k holding would be worth $20 post DOCA. How is that any different from a total loss?
