The Q1 financials, which were the last set of financials produced, were appalling. As in, not good. Not even remotely so.

In my opinion, and experience of running (not merely turning up as an observer at creditors' meetings) administrations over several years as part of a career as a Chartered Accountant (and never having been before a disciplinary committee, let alone having been banned for professional misconduct) for over 30 years, those accounts gave clear warning to investors that all was not well.

So if I might suggest it, I think it would be a good idea to get an independent commercial litigator's advice on the potential success or otherwise of a class action against the directors on the grounds of non-disclosure before leaping into funding a class action organised by someone about whom you may not know very much.
