the receiver acts only for the secured creditors... their main task is to SELL any asset (at market price - as close as possible) to pay off the secured creditors... they have no liability towards unsecured creditors...

if we don't bring out our class action now, we are done... or probably we are too late now as it is .... these guys could sell anything / something NOW before we even act...
