arsenic - people aren't by and large stupid here - as you seem to be implying. Most would understand that recent times have been very difficult for negotiating contracts and are happy to give management slack for that. You are missing or don't seem to understand the main points of criticism, namely:

1. Repeated failure to set realistic targets in relation to funding and mining commencement
2. Repeated failure to adjust targets in a timely way
3. Failure to focus on the securing of long term contracts during 2011 (when they were readily available) which should have been a key focus given the then mooted start up of March 2012
