That is the gip approach they assume that it is 100% going ahead and its only the finer detail holding it back.
Also mining engineers of Mr Dunlops standing would not join a company to fail if there was no hope of getting the project up and running.
Now where did I put the case empty case for my rose coloured contact lenses? K.G. I Hold gip and gipo (23 times more gipo than gip though)
