What a weird editorial that is...timelines take some concentration!
The reporter keeps jumping from the present to the past and back again with seemingly no effort and little coherence!
I found this bit "interesting" to say the least!
They also said the disconnection would also have no impact on their income targets for the year. “It [disconnection] would have an impact on our targets should the delay takes some time and world oil prices drop significantly,” the officials added.
No production for two and a half months + = no impact on income targets for the year...give me a break!
Actually, with the style of reporting in that article, the GPC probably made that statement in Dec!
