appoints richard court to board

The Board of Iron Ore Holdings Ltd is pleased to advise the appointment of the Hon.
Richard Court as senior adviser to the Board with the prime focus of assisting the Board
with the commercialization of the Company's iron ore projects.

Mr. Court, a former Premier of Western Australia has extensive international connections
and with his strong commitment to the development of the State's resources will play an
important role in the development of the Company.

Mr. Court said "Iron Ore Holdings has a realistic approach to the commercialization of
their tenements in the Pilbara and I am impressed with the commitment of their Chairman
Mal Randall, who together with the founder and Executive Director Derek Ammon,
forms a strong technical and commercial team.

We appreciate that apart from proving up commercial reserves, access to infrastructure is
a critical issue and a range of options will be assessed."
