    This is a redeeming factor.

    Currently top 20 holders own 36% of the stock.

    Soon SLV will own 19.9% and top 20 will then own 30% (I assume). Therefore SLV plus top 20 own 50% of the stock.

    This will make a takeover difficult and push the price up.

    I think that SLV are given the 19.9% placement is good.
