It appears that John Main is an ex-RIO man. [Resolution is a RIO project, Google reveals some references that link him with RIO - eg http://www.lawsonlundell.com/content/download/1050/13844/version/2/file/SellingtheCrownJewels.pdf ]. That doesn't do any harm IMV and may help balance the Board.
