There is no way I am selling as the chance of getting the parcel back through the subsription is minimal. The discount will hardly cover brokerage for most.
Also, I would not be suprised if you will be waiting a few weeks, these guys seemed pretty clued on and as T4P (i think) pointed out, dont be surpirsed if they have some news coming that will insure the offer is taken up.
