Rifici, KC is a serious straight shooter. He wouldn't trade before good news is coming out. When I spoke to him he seemed very optimistic over NEN's future, but also quite cautious.

In terms of Kris Energy - they wouldnt have got involved if this wasn't 'material'. Yes they are worth 1.23B but if this deal is worth say $100m to them, that would push their share price up 7-10% which is nowhere close to what 100m would do for NEN but is by no means nothing!

I would say that Kris investors are waiting for confirmation (ann) and will trade on that. It is likely that before an ann NEN wouldn't move too much either. Lets hope after the ann it flies! I think it will.
