I think you have two options really. The first one is to sell now and accept the loss as I personally think the SP will fall further as more shares are sold at the $7.20; or secondly, take up the offer, accept further paper loss in the interim and hold tight for the long term. I'm still trying to decide myself but more likely to take up the offer with a long term view.
