I've been following FLT since about the year 2000. I've been an investor for most of those two decades and there have been many challenges. There was the 'tech threat' early on, the associated 'disintermediation threat' that lingered for several years, the GFC, SARS etc, and now C19. Every single time choppy waters have been hit, the social-media-ways have gotten chocka-block full of disgruntled customers.
I've seen it all before. I've also learnt that the old cliche 'The customer is always right', is 90% bunkum.
