Back then 'creative destruction' was at fever pitch. Facebook et al have been around for a long time. But humans, I suspect, have not fundamentally changed.
Many of the same people that make a lot of noise about outrageous cancellation fees, will go back to FLT to mitigate another C19-like travel disaster.
