Should Softbank, with control of c70% of bonds, balance held outside MtK/F, manage to circumvent the 19.9% rule, and gain FIRB approval (remembering China already refused 51% equity), to make some sort of move on Lynas, what odds the Dragon would make a play through one of their larger SOE's?
While personally I would not like to see that happen, my bank balance wouldn't be complaining. What price do you think someone would have to pay to take Lynas out?
Really don't see any point to your comments, the situation with the bondholders is priced in, what I'm far more interested in is how the mkt values the business performance tomorrow & subsequent.
